According to Brazilian consumer law (Article 49), customers are entitled to a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if the digital product has not been downloaded or accessed.

After download or access, the product is considered delivered and refunds will no longer apply.

For international customers, we offer up to a 30-day refund window, provided the product has not been accessed or downloaded.
